1. Leveling the sinuses above themselves.

Because whether our parents have put the stamp of the sinus on us or over time, we have developed the fear of going among the people.

In any case, when we are identified with the label that we are, we are never able to get out of shyness. Whenever you are standing with someone and someone tells you that you are shy, then instead of internalizing that thing, tell them that you are not shy but this label is a lie.

In this way, instead of going into any new environment and entering that corner, force yourself to spend your personality.

2. Don’t overthink.

We all have this habit that we already imagine everything about the future in our minds and start making up stories while sitting.

We already start thinking that when someone talks to us, how will we respond to them, how long will we stand with them and also think whether we must go to that event or meeting or meet people.

Even before something negative happens, we imagine the negative and instead of facing the actual situation, we keep running away from it. After which even when we meet someone, then we are already nervous and anxious and our anxiety increases.

So don’t think so much before talking to anyone, just start talking. Allow yourself to be pointed and if your tongue falters, let it falter. The more you practice talking to people, the better you will become at it and overcome your shyness.

The amount of time we spend with such highly extroverted people and observe with the help of which tactics they can talk to people. Then we can find those traits in us.

But remember that if you don’t have the will to overcome your shyness, then you will never change no matter how much you hang out with extroverts. The change will begin with your willingness to change.
